Sales Administrator/Customer Service Advisor (Full time)An exciting opportunity exists within Hotel Broadband's sales team. Your position will be office based (The Ridge, Blunsdon, Swindon SN26 7AS) and your key responsibilities will be:
- Preparing sales quotations- Following up outstanding opportunities with prospective clients
- Calling our existing customer base, addressing any outstanding issues & identifying new sales opportunities
- Managing appointments for the sales team
- Answering incoming sales enquiries and responding to online/email leads
- Managing and following up tasks/emails internally as instructed by the directors
Additional duties will include:
- Answering general incoming calls- Managing post and emails
- Uploading paperwork to our online filing system
- General office admin tasks
Essential Skills:
- Sales experience- Excellent telephone skills
- Experience providing customer services
- Great IT literacy
- Highly organised
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of the hospitality industry- Understanding of computer networking
- Previous experience dealing with TV, phone or Internet services
Salary is £15-18k depending on experience. Start date November 2011.
