Hotel Support

As a company formed by hoteliers we understand more than most the importance of having a solution installed that requires minimal intervention from your staff. Our Guest Service Gateway has years of development for specific hotel functionality. We understand that the majority of hotels do not have in-house IT knowledge so it's important that none is required.

Our Guest Service Gateway monitors the health of your installation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and we're alerted the minute an issue occurs with the system. With a proven track record you will find that our solutions have an excellent uptime. The reason for this is that our Network Support Centre can quickly react to any support issues. Most of the time we will diagnose and fix problems remotely - our on-site support is generally limited to faultly equipment swapout and upgrades.

Guest Support

Thanks to our industry leading installation quality and Guest Service Gateway the majority of guests will connect to the Broadband connection first time. Having worked in this industry since 2002 we appeciate there will still be times when guests need that little extra help to get connected. It is for this reason that we offer 24 hour guest telephone support so that they can call us directly to solve any problems, even if this is simply telling them to turn their wireless card on!

Event Support

If you ever host an event that is particularly reliant on technology we would be pleased to arrange for one of our Network Engineers to be available on site to assist with any support required.
