Unlike many of our competitors we have developed our own Guest Service Gateway. The Guest Service Gateway is the part of the system which securely connects each guest to the Internet, provides billing options, and a host of other services. After looking at a number of 'off-the-shelf' systems we decided that none of them had the breadth of features required and set about designing our own system. The Hotel Broadband Guest Service Gateway is the result of years of development by people who know hotels. Almost everyone at Hotel Broadband started their careers in hotels and as a result our system is focused on the guest experience and ease of use for the hotel. Some of the advanced features incorporated as standard in our system include:

As a direct result of our customer feedback we now offer guests the ability to view their room bill on thier laptop and even checkout!
